IMPACTING SPAIN The Caleb project was born out of a desire to connect committed Christian young people in South and Central America with ministry opportunities in Europe. Spain was blessed with six young people. For two years they have been making contacts and sharing Christ. Their ministry has included teaching English; tutoring children; children's Bible Classes; music lessons; laymen training; encouraging Christians; starting and maintaining weekly Christian Family Centers; VBS; serving, caring and winning people to the Lord. Their efforts have not been in vain in spite of the huge obstacles here. Maru and Jesica tell us in one Madrid community where they were assigned too it took them 8 months of weekly visits before the people would even verbally greet them. Now they weekly tutor and teach English to a group of growing Christians. June 21, the Church of the Nazarene in Spain will honor these young people with a farewell party. More than 300 contacts have been invited to the farewell/evangelist service/party. Pray that the gospel will be proclaimed once again to them and many would find Him. Only eternity will show the true results of their sacrifice and efforts here in Spain. We thank God for them and know that the seeds they have planned will flourish. Thanks Jesica, Irene, David, Vanessa y Maru.
